Anweisungen

ARRIVAL: leave your vehicle for a moment and access the hotel on foot (Calle José María Lacort, 2). Go to the hotel reception with your Parclick reservation. Follow the staff's instructions. Enter the car park (Calle Simón Aranda, 15). Park on the -3 floor, in any of the identified spaces for Parclick customers: (nº 240, 319 and 320). DEPARTURE: use the card/device the staff gave you. Go to the office to get back the deposit. IF YOUR BOOKING ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRANCE AND EXIT: use the multipass card/device the staff gave you. When you arrive at the car park you will be given a device to operate the various entrance/exit barriers, in exchange for a €7 deposit which you must pay at the car park.
