The opening hours during the second and third weeks of August are as it follows: 08:00 AM - 01:00 PM. A few metres from the Piazza delle Medaglie d’Oro, on Via Arenella (street), is the Sant'Anna all'Arenella car park, which could be really useful for many reasons...especially if you're organising a trip to Naples; firstly it's in a great location if you want to visit the Vomero area, as in about 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Castel Sant'Elmo museum and the Museo Nazionale di San Martino museum. Not bad eh! You don't have to be afraid entering the limited traffic zone of Naples with your car either, as this covered and guarded car park is easy to find coming from the Tangenziale motorway, taking the Vomero Caldieri – Piazza Quattro Giornate exit. However, it's obvious that if you stay in the city for a few days, you have to visit the historic centre of Naples, but how can you get there from this car park in Vomero? Easy, with the metro! There are 2 metro stations very close to the Sant'Anna all'Arenella car park, Medaglie d'Oro and Quattro Giornate, and line 1 passes through both of them. If you don't fancy the metro, you have another option: take the funicular! Just 15 minutes walking from this car park on Via Arenella you can take the Piazza Fuga – Piazzetta Augusteo funicular and also the Palizzi – Piazza Amedeo funicular.
